I Can't Stop Binge Eating? HELP?!?!

Question: I Can't Stop Binge Eating? HELP?!?
It started out innocent. I just had one small desert every night, then it led to more and more and more until I ate more than my stomach was comfortable with. I feel nauseous and my stomach hurts, but I still can't stop eating. I exercise right after I eat when I binge to get rid of the calories consumed, but this is too much. I tried distracting myself with countless things, it doesn't work. Nothing works. I need help, please. Someone tell me what to do? How to stop this? It's getting out of hand. Please help!

This is totally normal! Happened to me a couple of time, but I didn't let that bring me down. I managed to get back on track. When I binge eat, I can binge eat for a week or two! No kidding. And yes I would feel like crap, but it actually motivated me to stay on track for weeks before binging again. First of all, don't freak out like you are doing now. You WILL get back on track and you will sooner than you think.

How many calories did you eat when you were eating healthy food? If you want to lose weight, you need to eat between 1200-1500 calories. For maintenance, it depends on your height and weight. If you eat less than what you're supposed to eat, then it's the reason that will have you binge eating.

Make your meals more delicious. If you love a specific dish, search online on how to make it a lot healthier and just have that as one of your meals. This way, you will be looking forward to your next meal. I personally LOVE a peanut butter sandwich and yes, peanut butter contains a lot of fat, but I only use two spoons of that on my wholemeal sandwich, and it doesn't effect me much. I love ice cream, I have that as low fat and sometimes, I would treat myself with it on Fridays (Cheat day) and I would be looking forward to this day all week. You don't have to treat yourself every day. Have 2 cheat meals a week or a cheat DAY once a week. I have a cheat day and it doesn't effect me much.

Keep yourself busy with exercise. If you still want to eat something unhealthy afterward, go for it but make sure you have just a small amount. Slowly, you will learn to stop eating more junk food and just stick to your plan.

Again, it's okay to mess up your diet! You can get back on track! Just don't let that bring you down. I messed up ALL summer, and I gained pounds, but guess what? I lost them all once I started school. Have faith in yourself and you will make it. Good luck!

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

Ok, I totaly get u , dont worry!
1. Write down every night wat bad stuff u eat .
2. the next nite try and cross out ONE thing from the list
3. Keep this going until u only have 1 thing left on the list then slowly start to eat more fruit to get fuller. 4. stop buying the Bingey foods!

Good Luck!! x

Trust me chick you will only stop when your ready and if your going to bed too late this also makes you binge more...Also avoid isolation, make sure your around people =] x

Talk to your doctor. This is classic exercise bulimia.
