there's hundreds of types of vitamins. Isn't there just one you can buy somewhere with everything you need, i know you couldn't cram everything in to one capsule but maybe in several daily capsules or liquids etc.

I knew the distributors had them but they want $70-$100 for a month supply. They have the very finest ingredients in them, but that is a lot of bucks. Then I checked my fav vitamin shop, who almost always has the best prices. I would suggest getting both a basic Magna Pac & a more complete pack & switch them every other day.

yes it's, but i don't know exactly.... i just know we all gotta eat a lot of vegetables and fruits (especially summer fruits..yummy!) and avoid eating too much bread and eating at Fast Foods (That's what my mum usually says to me xD) ;)
