I am 5'2, and about 140 lbs.

I have been dieting and working out (a lot of crunches tho not seeing many results)

I want to get down to about 120 before summer timee ?

my total goal is to get down to around 105-110.

I dont have that big of a tummy, but I do have one dont get me wrong!
I want it to be toned, and flat!

also.. what are some good, fast working tummy exercises i can do !

Hi, My daughter had the same problem, and this is what she recommends:
When it comes to tummy exercises, the top tummys in town are not built by crunches alone.

There are plenty of exercises to flatten your stomach and trim your waistline, but they only work if you also do cardio exercises too.Cardio is the secret added ingredient to ab workouts.

Many abdominal exercises are great, but our abs are hiding under our belly. So while we are doing tummy exercises we must also be doing fat burning workouts. It is no good to have firm abs muscles if they are hidden under a jelly belly.So the best tummy exercises routines combine both tested and proven to work tummy exercises and cardio exercises. That way you tighten and tone the tummy, while also shrinking and melting away excess weight on the waistline.
You can do ab workouts first and then run on a treadmill or go for a walk or bike ride.
Another option is to do ab workouts and then join in with an aerobics exercise class.

The problem is when you try to do stomach exercises after cardio. You may be too tired to work your abs. Do the abdominal workouts first.

just get rid of junk food, dont snack alot. eat healthy...and work out every day cardio and strength training if you dont work out every day work out at least 4 or 5 days a week.
oh and drink LOTS of water.. and no soda and super sugary drinks

drink loads of water. like a litre a day at least..nowloss.com has really good exercises for any part of the body its so good. i started it and was feelin results in a few days from stomach exercises but then stopped cos im lazy.

jackknifes, sit ups, a press up position holding for 30 seconds- (go on a wii fit list of muscle work outs cos its amazing and does them all!)
so dieting techniques....
instead of snacking drink water.
sometimes our body mixes up hunger with thirst which means you think your hungry when your only thirsty! eat healthy portions of meals, breakfast lunch and dinner and never miss one because it causes your body to starve and save the food and you actually put on weight!
if you get hungry eat but instead of a fatty food replace with something healthy.
but remember you also need fats too!
a good calorie burning exercise is skipping. jump rope. just buy a rope and skip! its so worth it!
its not about cutting the food intakes its about what you eat in it :)

you could do this in about 3/4 months in my opinion. as you said your dedicated so it should work!
