Which workout is better?!
Question: Which workout is better?
Monday - Chest - 6 different exercises and a bit of abs
Tuesday - Triceps and Shoulders - 4 shoulder work outs and 3 tricep workouts and a bit of abs
Wednesday - Is recovery so 30 min of cardio
Thursday - Back and biceps - 3 bicep and 4 back work outs
Friday - Legs - 5 work outs a bit of abs
Saturday - Recovery - 15-25 minutes of just stretching
Sunday - Rest
Monday - Chest/Triceps and abs
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Back/Biceps and abs
Thursday - Carido
Friday- Shoulders
Saturday - Cardio
Sunday - Rest
I drink 100 isolate whey protein 20 minutes after my workout. I already have abs and toned arms. I just want to add some more muscle on my arms and chest and remain my abs. What should i eat to do this lots of carbs or not? I have been working out for 3 months and changed my workout for muscle confusion. I usually start my ab work outs first because apparently it gives you the best results. Should i switch anything around? thanks

Answers:
You're doing well. Eat carbs right before your workout, but good carbs like rice, fruit, or a vegetable. The second workout is much better. If you wanna get bigger try putting your legs and shoulders together and then starting the workout again on friday and still take sunday off.
