Question: Is this a good diet to lose weight?
Im 9 stone and want to get to 6 or 7 stone. Im 13. Is this a good diet.

Breakfast: cornflakes with semi skimmed milk
inbetween 100 starjumps
Lunch: boiled chicken and vegetables
inbetween 100 starjumps
Dinner: Pasta/noodles

Sometimes I might have fruits in between like a banana, apple , pear or orange

It's good plan, just keep in mind to limit your portions of these foods, by eating massive amounts of any food will still allow you to gain weight.

However, if you want to lose weight more effectively and quickly try to exercise in addition to changing your diet. I started jogging last July and have been running ever since and has been one of the greatest things I have done for myself.

Also, re-consider how you plan on eating. Typically those who encounter their desired weight loss change from eating three large meals a day to eating six smaller, healthy meals each day to keep their metabolism high and regulate insulin levels.

Try to gradually rid your diet of processed, fatty, fried foods and carbonated beverages such as sodas especially when doing cardio workouts because it will deoxygenate your blood when you need as much as you can get.

But do keep in mind that if you begin to exercise, the first week you probably won't see much progress as you'll be gaining muscle and preparing your body to lose weight. As you continue to exercise, which for me was running, the weight will shed off in no time if you persistently work toward your goal.

well your 13 so i don't think a diet is good for you. but...
if you did that seems good... but you may want to do more exercise to actually lose weight!
like skipping .... running.... press ups... sit ups.... etc.
and drink lots of water! you should have some other fatty things though! a bar of chocolate a week maybe???



Usually diets aren't what is needed to lose weight. But, this is not a diet, this a simple, healthy food choice. If you stick with this and exercise you will be down to your perfect weight :)
