Question: Health Question about weight and swimming.?
What would happen if I didn't eat much (like, only water and a few fruits or veggies a day) and still went swimming (competitive swimming, 2hours, really brutal) four times a week ? Would I lose weight, gain weight, or something like that?

well i dont think its healthy, if your going to work out that much, and not eat enough, when your excersizing you should actually eat more because you need the energy to burn off,
but if you stick to it you'll probably lose weight
You'd lose weight and races. You'd be really weak and lack energy
