Some women are so ignorant that they have their butt and lips deformed like that surgically. It's really funny how fads like that get started and people are brainwashed to think it looks good. There is a woman that does a commercial for a website called http://www.perfectbody.com that says they can make you have a perfect beautiful body and she has such a big fat swollen mouth that it makes you laugh that anyone could be so ignorant to think it looks good...
