I bought a treadmill, really helps...it cost around $400 at walmart, well worth it :) If you can't afford try doing alot of housework, going out for a walk everyday and drink lots of water!

I think just to lose weight in general all over your body would be running, everyday, just around your block or whatever should work :)
Eat low fat items and do a lot of cardio.
Also, learning to spell simple words would help you to not annoy other people so much.
Cardio which means running, jogging, eliptical, dancing, etc goodluck!.
Always stay consitent and find something you love to do!
Like dancing? try zumba!
30 minutes a day goes by so fast! thats all you need to lose weight!
