what is the best exersize for weight loss?!


Question: What is the best exersize for weight loss?
im doing the jenny craig plan but im a selfconfessedd lazy cow so know nothing of any exercise and want to blast this fat asap butwhichh is the best way. i dont want to go to a gym really. but ill try anything. DO NOT SEND ADVERTS, thanks.

I bought a treadmill, really helps...it cost around $400 at walmart, well worth it :) If you can't afford try doing alot of housework, going out for a walk everyday and drink lots of water!



You know, I've been fat once…

but…EVERYONE should be getting good
health, without ever having painful diets

for everyone, but you should take a look on

I think just to lose weight in general all over your body would be running, everyday, just around your block or whatever should work :)



Eat low fat items and do a lot of cardio.

Also, learning to spell simple words would help you to not annoy other people so much.



Cardio which means running, jogging, eliptical, dancing, etc goodluck!.



Always stay consitent and find something you love to do!

Like dancing? try zumba!

30 minutes a day goes by so fast! thats all you need to lose weight!
