Good work out for asthmatics?!
Question: Good work out for asthmatics?
Answers:
I have asthma and running is the absolute best thing I could have ever done in my life.
Even though the first couple of weeks will be torture, the running will help you strengthen your lungs and improve your overall oxygen intake.
I have been running for about 4 years, and before I did, baseball, volleyball and even sometimes singing could trigger my asthma. Now, my asthma only really bothers me when I am sick (Like I am right now). I can run 8-10 miles at about 9 minute pace, which is not great but still decent.
If you are willing to fight with your asthma for a couple of weeks at the start, then a running routine (3-4 runs per day) is the single greatest exercise that you can do to lose weight and combat your asthma.
SWWWIIIIMMMING , ive been told it can sometimes cure ashama (especcially breaststroke when done properly)
