Question: How to gain a few extra pounds?
I'm 98lbs and have a fast metabolism so I am SUPER skinny and I just want a little meat on my bones lol

Ok well first off, you can gain two types of weight. Fat, and muscles.

Fat
----
To gain fat, into too hard. Just eat more, shove as much as food as you want down into your gut. This should be the fun one. But since your metabolism is high, you will also lose it fast, so you need to keep doing it. So probably muscle would be the better option.

Muscle
--------
You should start working out, and eating more. Aim to get 1.5-2g of protein per day per LB of body fat. Try to work out 4 times a week if you can. Try doing a simple split like for example
Mon - Back
Tues - Tricep and shoulder
Wed - rest
Thrus - bi and chest
Fri - rest
Sat - legs
Sun - rest

Since your metalosim is high, and your trying to gain weight, cardio isnt for you

And remember the key to BOTH of these is, eat more. Eat more... and again eat more!

dont eat mcdonals... they might make you fat but they'll also make you sick.
Maybe exercise. if your not physically fit, you'll first gain weight (muscle) then lose them (burning fat). exercise to the point after you gain them and before fat burns off.



u can start drinking "ensure." also do a diet eating lots of protein & fruits & not junk food. doing excercises could help as well since after every working out u r hungry



Whey protein shakes. Go to a GNC and they will point you in the right direction. Make sure you are lifting weights too or it will be fat gain.
