How do i get in shape?!


Question: How do i get in shape?
I'm 5'10" i weigh 178 pounds. I want to get in shape and weigh about 130 to 160 pounds. I can anything, there is a gym five minutes away and it is free. So no problem on the equipment. I have about one to three months to get in shape with in my goal. I want toned and non fatty thighs. also i want some tonned arms, and a toned flat stomach. So practicly the whole package. Please help i want to walk the beach overseas with confidence.

Your soooo tall! 178 pounds isnt fat. If you want to get in even better shape, you could do what I do. I enjoy playing sports and idk if you do, but if you do try soccer. Soccer gets you toned thighs, and when you run, you get toned arms and stomach. It's the whole package!



The best thing to do is to run or swim laps. I lost around 8 lbs in a few short weeks by running and dieting. I ran 4-6 times a week from around 4 weeks, and hour a day and lost the weight. I also wasn't on a strict diet, I basically ate what I wanted, just better portions of it. Try it, good luck!

im 14 and I get involved in sports at school to stay in shape. I aslo run 1 mile a day! Its very helpful. Also only drink water and eat only breeakfast, lunch ,and dinner. NO IN BETWEEN SNACKS!
