Question: How do i gain weight in a healthy way?
I'm 15, I'm 5'4 and somewhere between 120-125 pounds, I know that I'm a bit underweight cuz my pelvic bones stick out quite a bit and I need to fill out. Overall I am very skinny, I also have very small boobs... Like a 36 A, 34 B, not exactly sure... But I have no weight on my stomach and I have long, slender legs

Im in a healthcare class in my school and we are taking a 30 day challenge and one of the choices was to loose 10, so we had to "research" info. I found a BMI calculator (I am 5'3" and It said my ideal weight was 125) you are only an inch taller, you are at a healthy weight and should be proud, but one way is to eat protein (not excessive amounts) but protein and condition you can gain weight from muscle and that's always a healthy way!
