How do I lose weigh fast?!?!


Question: How do I lose weigh fast?!?
I tried Anorexia and that didnt work cuz in the end i ate more then b4 i started...so i tied bullimia, well that didnt work either cuz i couldnt make myself vomit, all i did was gag, i asked my parents and they said No pills of any kind, and i just cant seem to get myself in gear to excercise....Any suggestions?

Glad to see you didn't stick with either anorexia, or bulimia. They can easily develope into serious
illnesses. Something I've done to drop weight is cutting out empty calories. Most empty calories
are taken in through drinks. Soda most notably. It really comes down to calories. There are hundreds
of debates on this. Basically your metabolism will burn calories at a specific rate. If you don't excercise, then it's lower, than if you do obviously.

I personally suffered an injury to my wrist 8 months ago. I couldn't perform any weight training, which
is my chosen method of fitness. For the past 8 months I've successfully controlled my weight
through caloric intake. Calories from foods stack up quickly, so you look for filling foods lower on the
calories. Chicken breasts are notably one of the best low cal, high protein food sources. Get some
protein powders. Not a favorite of mine, but I use them regularly. Use meal replacement shakes
or smoothies between meals. I average 4 meals a day at 450 calories per meal. Excercise would
obviously help, but if you don't want to, or are unmotivated to do so, no one will change that for
you. I have those days, and the less I do weight training, the more I feel like not doing it.
Vicious cycle indeed. You're caloric intake would obviously be different from mine. Most say 2000 calories for a healthy adult male to maintain weight. I actually average just under that to burn off more. I believe for a healthy adult female to maintain weight would be 1800, with about 1500 if you're
trying to drop weight. It's decidedly unhealthy to drop too many calories from your daily intake.

calculate your BMR that how many calories you body needs to stay alive then just burn more calories than you eat, but careful not to starve yourself or you may faint a good place to loacte your bmr is this site i will attach that's how many calories you burn doing nothign so just take that amount subtract the amount of calories ouve eated and you get how many calories youve lost that day if it'sa negative number that means youve gained weight a pund is roughly about 3500 calories

Well you want the easy way out and unfortunately you can't always have the easy way out of things. You need to eat Less Carbs, eat smaller portions, starving your self does not help. Yes you will lose weight by starving your self but, as soon as you eat again you will gain it all back plus more. I tried going on a low carb diet and lost 10 pounds maybe you should try that.



You could try to maybe to push ups/sit ups during commercials on TV, stay away from fattening foods, drink water or juice only, develop a routine, take the family dog for a walk (if you have one), go to the park with friends, take swimming classes, go to the gym with friends/family, and try to get plenty of rest.



DRINK ALOT OF WATER ABOUT 16 CUPS AND EXCERCISE REGULARY 1 HOUR TO 2 A DAY
