How can I make sure my thighs are getting a good workout?!


Question: How can I make sure my thighs are getting a good workout?
I just want to tone my thighs a little bit for a trip to L.A. next month, so I've been running on the treadmill lately. But every time I do, I only "feel the burn" in my calves, back and sometimes my feet. Am I doing something wrong, or will I see the results that I want?
