how is what i ate today so far?!


Question: How is what i ate today so far?
breakfast:
3 scrambled eggs

lunch
string cheese, sun chips, banana

snacks:
a small bowl of cherrios
banana + 1 tsp peanut butter + 1 tsp neutalla

i plan on having celery and carrots later for a snack
i plan to work out for an hr
im 5 7 and weight 146.8 lbs

Answers:

Depends on what you are trying to accomplish. A high salt and protein diet (like what you ate today) is supposed to help you lose water weight, if you are trying to lose fat then you need to eat lots of fruits especially citrus, dark green vegetables (chard, lettuce, broccoli, etc) and spicy foods (cayenne pepper is really good for this) to help boost your metabolism. Overall it was fairly healthy.



Doing good...just don't stress yourself.

Its really not what you eat, just how much you eat.
You could eat anything but of coarse limited.



You should maybe add some more fruits and vegetables but it is ok



sounds good to me :) add some more fruits if you'd like to, and maybe some nuts
