What ab workouts are most effective?!


Question: What ab workouts are most effective?
I have been doing situps and pilates for the last about 2 months but they just don't seem to "hurt" anymore. I want to get really toned but i don't feel like i get a goodworkout from any of my current regimins. I tried increasing the repetitions but that didn't do much difference. What can I do? I'm not extremely strong but i need something that will really target my lower abs. I WANNA GET RIPPED! lol

Planks. Lots and lots of planks. If you dont know hat they are- look 'em up. Do about 5-10 a day, 30-60 secounds long and increase time. It also works out a lot of other muscles.

The bicycle ab workout works pretty well. And pushups help as well. You can also try the "boat" yoga pose, and leg lifts.
