Question: Swimming good for weight loss & toning up?
so here in florida its finally nice out like 80 and i can go swiming. im not fat but i can def lose 5 or more lbs and TONE UP x10000000, im flabby :P 5'2 and 120.
so if i swim in the pool for 30 min everyday or so will the weight come off? im used to doing nothing all day haha..and eating like crazy.. i really want to be tight and fit for the beach and stuff

It wont tone you up but it will slim you down. You gotta use weights if you want to get tone, swimming will just cut fat.
