I did a full body workout today...Is it ok to do again tomorrow?

as long as its short, not pushin the max, then u can do another light one tomorrow. if youre lookin for size, go with heavy workouts 3 or 4 days a week
No, your muscles have to have time to recover........every other day is best.......
