Your gf has no idea what she's talking about. Unless you're putting unnecessary strain on a body that isn't used to it, it is perfectly healthy and even recommended to get daily exercise in! Just remember to eat right and rest so your body can recover.
no, just dont over do it. like dont run to the point of passing out. work out 30 mins a day at a maximum, and drink plenty of fluids.
DEFINITELY NOT! i'm not trying to lose any weight and i work out every day. I do things like stretching, push-ups, sit-ups and many other routines,

your body needs some type of rest. so take one day off, it won't kill you.
