Answers:

I think you did okay today.

You shouldn't deprive yourself of foods that you love, so having a bit of junk food is okay.

An hour of exercise is aweseome! Good for you! I'd say you can safely eat about 2200 calories per day. YOu need to eat a lot of veggies, a fair amount of protein and fruit, less dairy and even less sweets and chips for a good balanced diet.

Breakfast= 300
Lunch= 200+400+Don't count it :)
Snacks=50+75+Veggies don't count+50+350

You can have the popcorn and maybe a couple light snacks to get the other 600 calories you can eat today. Whole wheat is good! Try and stay away from overly processed foodsKeep up the good work =)

I eat 3 eggs in the morning too.

Lunch = fail(Sorry, I don't mean it actually failed but that was the lingo in my head), get rid of the chips and add green vegetables or you can even add some seeds/nuts with no salt or lightly salted.

The cheerios is cool. Another banana? I usually limit it to once per day because those have around 100 calories each. Carrots are good, celery is good, soybeans are good, the sandwich you could probably substitute for something more healthy but it shouldn't knock off too much of your calorie intake.

The theory goes that you should eat 3 times per day with healthy snacks in between each meal. You can get more information about metabolism at the bottom or my reply.
