How can I lose inches off my thighs?!


Question: How can I lose inches off my thighs?
I've noticed that in the past few months, my thighs have gotten bigger :(. I do a muscle building workout, and it targets my thighs along with my butt. I like having healthy-strong thighs, but I miss my "old" small ones. Is there any way I can lose a few inches on my thighs, because it is really bothering me.

First of all, how old are you? Because if you're young, you probably just gained the weight on your thighs because you're growing into a shapely woman. Good thing. Don't try and lose it.

But if you are not young,
you can't really target weight loss, so you would have to lose weight altogether with if you want your thighs to get smaller..
otherwise, walk a lot and do pilates to get toned, lean muscle.



You can't really lose any off your thighs but you can make them look smaller by choosing clothes that are right for your size and eating well.

the only thing i know is overall weight loss. some of the weight should come off of your thighs
