Tips for losing weight before the summer of 2011?!


Question: Tips for losing weight before the summer of 2011?
How do I lose 30-40 pounds before summer? How many pounds should I lose a week to achieve this goal? How do I keep the weight off? What are some tips you can give? What are some healthy meals/snacks I can try? Thanks!

Im trying to lose weight by summer too haha :)
Well a healthy goal is 1.5 - 2 pounds a week!
Kay first off done weight yourself everyday cause thats depressing lols every week or so is good!
Drink 8 glasses or more water a day seriously this speeds up your metabolism so you burn more while working out green tea is also good. Apparently celery helps lose weight lols but still lots of veggies and fruits everyday! Its good to have snacks inbetween meals because eating throughout the day also speeds up your metabolism. And you should take multi vitamins to keep healthy! :) Ofcourse working out, well lols i dont know that much bout working out im researching right now for my own weight lose LOL! anyyways some good healthy snacks are likkke :) celery and peanut organic peanut butter, basically any fruit, oatmeal is good and healthy high in fiber cereals. And well thats all i remember right now lmao :) Lmao if you lose all the weight email me LOL it'll be encouraging lmao.
