Question: How can i lose 6 lbs before high school?
im 104-105lbs and im 5 1/2.
i have a really weird body shape and i gain muscle super fast so it makes me look even bigger:/
i really want to lose 6lbs and feel better about myself by high school.
any plans or tips are great^_^ thx

And I've Had Weight Struggles Inm 8th Grade -__- Ewwh.
But Hey, Know What I Did??
Joined A Gym, Started A Walking Club, Drank A Ton Of Protein Shakes. That's It.
I Lost 15 Lbs. In 2 Weeks. Wow ! :D
My Diet Never Changed So I Guess All The Excersise Paid Off.
The Key Is = Burn More Calories Than You Eat o_o = Magic Formula.
Oh, Drink A TON Of Water. That's Also A Magic Part Of The Formula.

You my friend are a mesomorph like me. We gain muscles quick and can eat anything. For loosing weight I suggests cardio.
