Whats the best workout for abbs for a 16 year old?!


Question: Whats the best workout for abbs for a 16 year old?
I'm 16 and I have a gym membership and I got every other day. What is some good workouts to define your abbs and/or make them better? And Also is going to the gym every other day better than going every day?

it depends on what can handle.. but bottom line is each muscle needs training once a week.
u have to train for 40-60 mins a session

and as long as u have 1-2 days off during the week..
sometimes everyother day is hard to get into a rythm.... i dont liek everyother day..

i prefer going 5 days steady

or better yet 3 days one 1 day off

the best exercises for abs are

1. rope pull down on knees
2. leg lifts
3.weighted plate on chest.. incline bench

only takes 10 mins everyother day for abs



Yeah go everyother day. Isolate the body regions. chest,shoulders,arms,legs,maybe back but I hardley every work back. Do a region one day skip like three days and do another region. O yeah and as far as abbs my dad purchased a golds gym ab deal and it works great i think its the latest model out.

im 16 a guy go to gym mon to fri so it depends on you it dont matter every other day is fine and abs leg raise bicylce crunches all help define and you need to lose any fat on your stomach k u prolbly like im not fat but if you squeeze ur abs area and have skin its fat jog on treadmilll at the gym or outside swim or jump rope and work the abs each day but do diffrent things if you can youtube it i did got nice abs but little fat still burning good luck bro



p90x ab ripper x. and you should not work the same muscle groups everyday. so you could do like lower body one day and upper body the next.
