Question: How in the world am i supposed to get in 5 serving of veggies a day?!!?
k i am a kid, and i want to make sure i am getting enough veggies, cuz i know their good for you. but i dont get how to fit in 5 SERVINGS! ok heres what i had today: a TON of fruit for breakfast (prob like 4 servings), then salmon sushi for lunch, then pasta, tomato sauce and asparagus for dinner. so the sauce was 1 serving and the asparagus was one or 2. but even if it was too, thats only 3 serving of veggies, and who wants to have veggies for breakfast? eww anyway, how can i add more into my day

A glass of v8 and a snack during the day of carrots or something. Or a big salad (easy on the dressing!)
If you do an omelet for breakfast you can add vegetables. You can also make smoothies with spinach, carrots, etc. Good snacks are cut up vegetables with peanut butter, hummus or a little ranch
Tomatoes are actually fruit
But you don't need 5 servings of vegetables a day. It's 5 fruits and vegetables combined
