Ways to stay motivated to stick to a diet/exercise plan?!

Question: Ways to stay motivated to stick to a diet/exercise plan?
Answers:

Set up a little bag of rewards on paper in a bag, but they can't be food. If you complete a goal, chose one. For example, one says get a pedicure. Well, if you really believe in yourself and value yourself and care about your future quality of life, you will want to be healthy. That way, your family won't have to be at your disposal to take care of you. It is hard to think of the future, and quality of life, hard to envision, but it happens fast. One day, I awoke and my knees hurt so badly, I could hardly walk. Suddenly, I understood why older people have trouble kicking up some speed. I went to the orthopedist. Said he, you might need orthoscopy. I immediately cured. No minor surgery for me. Stay healthy for the sake of your loved ones and for yourself. You will want to be productive and independent.

Get some friends to diet/exercise with you. If you don't have anyone to cheer you on, then paste a "before" pic of you on the fridge and a pic of someone you want to look like next to it. Tell yourself that that is what you will look like in XXX months.

There are plenty of tv shows for exercises, so "pretend" that they are there with you and "talk" to them as you exercise.

If you have friends that want to slim down with you, all the better.

it is called integrity- stick to your word.

U just gotta really want it...
