Was this enough to eat?!

Question: Was this enough to eat?
I'm 5'3(1/3), 21, female, and about 101 lbs trying to maintain

Breakfast -
clif z bar - 130 calories

lunch -
scrambie with 1/2 cup egg beaters (60 calories) I wedge laughing cow cheese (35 cal) and onions and red peppers

afternoon
1 cup frozen yogurt - 170 - 200 calories maybe?

skim cappucino - 100 calories

dinner
scrambie with 1/2 cup egg beaters (60 calories) I wedge laughing cow cheese (35 cal) and onions and red peppers and 1 veggie sausage (70 calories)

1 skinny cow truffle bar - 100 calories

I wasn't very hungry today so I just tried to eat what was appetizing. Should I try to add an apple or something or was that good enough to maintain?

Answers:

Try to add some fresh vegetables, like a salad or something. That is supposed to be a person's largest food group and you had no fresh vegetables at all, and only a very tiny amount of cooked vegetables. Vegetables, especially leafy greens, are very low in fat (it sounds like you are worried about your weight) and are really important health-wise. Add some tasty salad dressing and even some nuts or a bit of grated cheese etc if you don't like plain salad.

That wasn'tt enough. Especially if you areexercisingg. But withoutexercisee i would say you should try to take in at least 500 more calories. Make sure you have more at breakfast. Eat something like oatmeal and eggs. Just make sure what you eat is clean and has low to no trans fats and is low in refined sugars. Hope this helps (:

Add something. It sounds like a lot but you need more vegetables and water

i think you have an eating disorder im 5'3 and i weigh 104 i eat 1600 calories
