Overweight teen seeking fitness advice...?!

Question: Overweight teen seeking fitness advice...?
I am a 17 year old boy and for the past year my fitness has been taking a turn for the worst.
I am not extremely overweight bud rather chubby. I just want to get back into shape.

When it comes to food, I never seem satisfied. What I mean is, even if I eat the same amount as my skinny friends, I still feel hungry. Is there any food that will fill me up easier than others?

As far as exercise, I go out to play basketball by myself occasionally. Because there isn't many kids my age around here. So I guess I just have trouble with motivation.

So my real question I guess is: Can anyone give me advice?I'm just confused on the whole thing. And I want to be more attractive for my girlfriend who is in very good shape.

Please give advice and thank you.

(please be mature in your answers to, thanks)

hi coco, yes the best way for you to best turn for fitness is by suiting yourself. yes i mean suiting yourself. what? this means that you need a plan or program that will best suits your lifestyle no matter what you like or not. a good plan should be able to understand you and what you like. for you to lose weight you need to avoid sugary content and reduce the amount of calories you take in daily. relax and take time to do more of some simple exercises. drink plenty of water daily to reduce excess toxins. like i said a best plan should be able to suit your lifestyle. i lost weight using this program and it helped me. i used to be fat and no one wanted me, but now check me out am always hanging out with girls, why because they like my physical shape. you too can be like me. just take time out to study yourself and ask yourself this question.

RUN!

Running is one of the best ways to improve your fitness and to lose weight.

If you can't run far than use this technique:

Run for 2 minutes>>>>walk for 1 minute>>>Sprint for 15 seconds>>>walk for 1 minute>>>run for 2 minutes>>>walk for 1 minute>>>sprint for 15 seconds>>>walk for 1 minute than repeat.

You can change the routine as you see fit to yourself.

BTW, try drinking cold water when you eat it helps suppress food appetite.

Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes. Don't make excuses either. You can do push ups and sit ups in your house and run or walk outside. Eat foods low in fat, get plenty of proteins and drinks lots of water. Eat small meals 4 or 5 times a day. Before you eat drink a bottle of water, it helps fill you up so you eat less. If you want results you have to be motivated. No excuses and good luck.

As far as Food Goes....High Fiber Foods make you stay and feel fuller longer.

First of all don't do it for your girlfriend. Do it for you. Motivation needs to come from within for your own sake. The girlfriend is a bonus.

With regards to food don't worry about how much you eat. As long as you are eating healthy just stuff your face until you feel full. Obviously not on pies and ice cream but if you want to go overboard on grilled fish and watermelon until you feel satisfied then do it. Trying to cut down on quantity is too hard and doesn't work. Keep the quantity and just make more of it healthy stuff.

For exercise do some sprint training. That is the best way to cut fat. Also lift weights because more muscle means you burn fat at rest. It doesn't really matter what kind of program you do. Just get into something, form a habit and keep doing it. You can always adjust the kind of exercise you are doing. More important thing to do is establish the exercise habit.
