Question: I feel so fat, all the time.. no matter what I do?
I go to the gym every day, for at least 2 hours. I'll skip maybe once a week, depending on if I'm feeling too sore or not.
On my good days, I don't eat anything. Bad days, I'll eat somewhere around 600 calories or so.
Since going to the gym I've been doing nothing but gaining weight, and it's so disheartening. I weighed 105 at the beginning of last week, now I'm 110. I know muscle weighs more but this is killing me :(

Somebody give me advice on how to get super THIN? Not muscular, not bulky, just thin thin thin.

Disgusting. Who wants to be thin thin thin? Thats gross seeing bones. You will have no breasts or curves, you will look like a 12 year old boy. 600 calories on a 'bad day'? That's HALF of the minimum calories you need in a day just to run your body functions. Your body is taking those meagre 600 calories and storing them as fat, you're putting your body into starvation mode. Smarten up. You clearly have low self esteem issues, and you are anorexic. You really really need help, please talk to you parents. You are never going to be happy
AND DON'T LISTEN TO TOMMY MAC. Nothing pisses me off more than people coming on here and answering questions they don't know **** about. Exercise does help you lose weight because it burns calories. If you run for an hour straight, thats like 800 calories burned right there. And don't eat less than 1200, your body is going to hoard less calories and store them as fat. I don't mean to hurt your feelings, but you need a rude awakening. You are painfully thin but still think you are not. You ARE anorexic, you need help. You are depriving yourself of happiness.



I'm trying to lose weight as well, but skipping meals is not a good idea. Its something to do with metoblism, mind my spelling. Going to the gym would get you muscles not lose you weight, right? So, you're obviously gaining weight.

Maybe not in fat, but definitely when it comes to muscle.



Girl there is no reason to be super THIN!! trust me im a guy and every guy likes a girl with some curves! 110 is still way too thin, get up to 120 and ENJOY eating. Guys nowadays like girls who like normal!!



I usually overlook the thin girls because they usually have psychological problems.



If that is your picture, you *are* thin. Quit self obsessing.



Okay EVERYTHING YOU HAVE HEARD IS LIES AND CRAP.

The GYM does NOT make you lose weight. Maybe it works for some people, sure, but for MOST people all excessive exercise like treadmills, weights and exercise bike all that does it STIMULATES your appetite so you eat more, and unless you workout for 4 hours a day, your not going to get thinner by exercise.

However there is an exception to every rule, and one type of exercise DOES work and that is walking.

All he eats is a slice of toast for lunch, oranges for breakfast, and protein for dinner and WALKS and he is a RAKE.

If you want to be thin

cut out the following:

margarine
white bread
junk food like maccas oporto hungry jacks red rooster pizza CRAP
cut out mayo
and salt


Take Kelp tablets which contain Iodine and speed up your metabolism which is what the skinny asian girls all do and DONT go to the gym!

Just follow a 800 calorie a day meal plan which gives you bread in wholemeal, little dairy in skim milk, coffee for breaky with fruit, and meat and veg for tea so you dont become ill.
