Question: Is it possible for apple shapes to get a flat stomach?
My legs and arms are tiny ( I almost look anorexic) I workout all of the time and eat really healthy but no matter what I do my stomach won't go away. Don't get me wrong it shrinks a little but if I eat anything it'll just bulge out because the few fat i do have goes there. what can i do??

yes, by losing weight and getting in shape my sister was an apple shape then she started running and working out very often now she has a very flat stomach.
