I just don't feel like eating all the time..just wondering if I could gain fat somehow! Looks like im losing fat

Answers:

You will lose fat but you will also lose muscle. When your body can't get the nutrients it needs it will go to the fat and the muscle. You have to make sure you get enough protein in your body especially if you want to build muscle. Even if you have an apple and a banana on your break it is better than eating nothing.

Next time you have a family dinner or over indulge you will regain weight more quickly because your body won't be used to burning calories as efficient.

yes your diet is horrible and therefor your body is trying to store as much fat as possible because it is in a starvation mode. the body is amazing it has one function and that is to live if you feed it once a day or every 2 hours. try eating small meals every two to three hours to keep your body in a burn mode once your body realizes it will get all the proper nutrition as needed it will burn off the fat there isn't much reason for your body to store fat if you are eating properly. only about 6-8%

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

you need to maintain a balanced diet. it helps aid digestion. you need a diet plan and a little of cardiovascular exercises. eat more of nutritional substances and avoid sugary content. to boost your metabolism you need some simple body exercises that will help to cut down calories and therefore it helps you to lose weight slow and steady.
