Ab workout question. Is this legit?!

Question: Ab workout question. Is this legit?
Hi, I recently asked a question regarding my own weight, and one of the answers I recieved was for this website:

http://best-weight-loss-tips.com/

In the website's video, the person says something along the lines of "Ab workouts are bad because it can cause fatigue." I don't remember what it said exactly, but does this sound accurate? It seems to me like this site is just promoting a certain person's book/weight-loss program. How can I know for sure? Is working out your abs bad if you are going for a lean, cut look?

Answers:

no it is not bad it all goes for the same thing. when you do lot of exercises you get in shape, when you follow the diet plans you lose weight get in shape all resulting to the same thing. the best way to gain fitness is by exercise which you and i know, then if you have add on too much weight it is also exercise that can help. for you to get the shape of your dreams you can partake in some kind of cardiovascular exercise and diet programs, so i dont think the site is promoting a product. to me it is legit and it works well all you need is to set out a plan for yourself. thanks

Ab workouts are great, but you want to workout your whole body, not just your abs. I bought this DVD "Billy Blanks Insane Abs" He works out your abs, but also your back and legs, and neck, and arms as a whole workout. Check it out on Youtube or Buy it and see if it will work for you...I am out of shape but bought it today and used it when I got home with no regrets of buying it. I do have to work up my stamina and Cardio to go as fast as they do, but I am sticking with it!
