What options do I have?!

Question: What options do I have?
Alright, I am 14, 5'3" and 156 lbs. I don't like how I look AT ALL. I have an OK face and nice personality, but my body is just, UGH. I have tried eating less junk and more fruit and have lost about 5 lbs in the past, but I can't keep going. Also, my parents don't normally buy fruits and veggies so it is rare that I even have the option to eat them. Lately, I've been eating a lot of fast food so I have been trying to stop that (however my mom is a bad influence with that D:< )..... I gave up drinking pop everyday so that's good. BUT, my self-esteem is reeaallllyyyy low right now because I just bought some shirts that ended up making my "too many" curves show through... :(
It seems that I cannot keep a diet or anything going because after awhile, my motivation is gone and I think, "What's the point? I'll be fat forever and I should just eat whatever I want." Pretty sad, huh?
So what I came to ask was, what can I do? How do I stay motivated? Don't just say, "eat balanced meals, workout x amount of times a week, love yourself" because I've already had that stuffed down my throat way too many times. Recently, I keep thinking my only option is to stop eating for awhile. I know that I could die, that it'll be hard to stop, I'll feel even worse, but I just don't care about that. All I care about is getting thin, looking good, being able to wear any clothes and not worrying about if my fat is showing through, feeling COMFORTABLE in my own skin. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh I'm so depressed.
D: Help.

I'm not sure if you've heard this before, but go for a run. Running burns a lot of fat, and it really uses up all the sugar in your blood. As a plus, running also releases feel-good hormones, the kind releases afer laughing and sex. It should make you feel good for a while.

Regardless of what you eat, keep fighting! Go for a run, however hard it is. It will lift your mood and your self-esteem.

Good luck!

go to the gym and hire a professional trainer. it really helps when you have someone who pushes you to your goal when your easily discourage.

Keep it simple. Dont buy any junk food or fast food- how? Set goals by saving your money for other things like games and stuff, its a good distraction that helped me loose wieght

Look... it's honestly NOT THAT HARD! You are making this way too complicated. If you truly don't like how you look then PUT IN THE WORK! I'm so sick of hearing people say they "can't"... that's ********! You WON'T is the correct word!

You want to lose weight? Here is the easiest way possible and it truly works. If you fail at this then kill yourself!

Intermittent Fasting (google it, I'm not making this up)

Set up an eating Time Window and then Fast the rest. It's how a lot of "skinny" people eat naturally and don't even realize it.

Example: Go to bed at Midnight, wake up early for school DO NOT EAT BREAKFAST. Do not eat ANYTHING while at school, just drink water or any other ZERO CALORIE drink. Then at 4pm in the afternoon start eating. You have from 4pm till Midnight to eat. Try to make common sense choices but honestly the 16 hour fast will give you wiggle room with the nutrition.

You say you've tried it all I know you have not tried this and it WILL work IF you do it right. It's not hard but do it CORRECT! This will allow you to eat big meals in the afternoon and evening and go out on the weekends at night with friends and still eat out. Just make sure from Midnight till 4pm YOU DON'T EAT ANYTHING! NOTHING with calories.

This controls your insulin levels and increases fat burning hormones so you're body will use your fat as energy instead of FOOD. (laymens explanation)

Enjoy you're new skinny life
