It's true that fat comes off from everywhere yet there are exercises that concentrate on different parts of the body.

Cycling is perfect for strengthening your legs - it is also good for your abdomen. I would also suggest running and walking in the mountains or just walking in a park etc.



Depends on what lower part you are talking about, lower stomach or legs. If its stomach, crunches, planks, sit ups and lots of running. (get used to it) If its legs, and your butt. SQUATS, yes lots and lots of squats. Oh and lets not forget running. Cycling really isn't an ideal workout for much of anything unless you are really busting your *** and pedaling at a strong fast pace for a good amount of time.

It also ALL DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU EAT, I have come across countless people who work out for hours everyday and either don't get the results they want or nothing at all because after wards they go back to their rooms and order a large pizza a liter of coke every night. I simple diet program online like weight watchers has done wonders for my uncle who lost around 40 pounds. Squats, leg lifts and plenty of running will shed pounds around your legs, thighs and abs.
