If you eat more than 500 calories on the HCG diet, can you just burn it off?!


Question: If you eat more than 500 calories on the HCG diet, can you just burn it off?
I'm on the HCG diet that consists of eating 500 calories a day. 500 calories is really hard to do so every time I have gone over, I make sure I do some cardio and burn off as much as I went over. I was wondering if this was as effective... Or does this not work at all?

Yes you can burn it off do cardio weights ect...
Im on the same diet and I sometimes go over too! It hard sometimes just work it off and maybe take a laxative supplement! :)



bodies need about 2000 calories for basic functions (breathing, moving etc.) if you eat less your body learns to use less and slowers your metabolism.

you just need to eat healtily and exercise. don't be fooled by low fat options as they are usually high in sugar which is just as bad.



500!!!??? what type of weight lost are you on???!! thats likes impossible and probally not even like helathy.... best of luk to u :) im not on this weight thing but im guessing if you eat not to much over (like up to 700 calories thats stull like nothing.....) then u will be fine...
