Question: Any ideas on how to lose some weight?
I'm having a sweet 16 and it's gone be a red carpet hollywood theme and we found great prices and a rental limo all for our budget of $500 dollars. Well me and my close friends in the limo are gonna go dress shopping about a month before the party and I want to look nice cause I'm not over weight or fat I'm average but I want to lose some stomach fat, so I can fit a nice dress and look skinny. Any ideas on how to lose some weight? Thanks

Watch what you eat, like, eat balance diet for example:
breakfast- whole meal or fruit
lunch- salad, tuna mayo light sandwiched, brown seeded bread, or just brown bread
dinner- stay away from too much red meat, too much pasta, try eating chicken, salad, tomato souses are good.

do some exercises... stomach crunches, 100 per night? in 20 crunch sessions then have break till u reach 100? swimming is brilliant, fun yet REALLY good for losing Weight. running? whatever is easiest.

Weight Watcher work for me. You can follow there plan online or going to the meeting. I have attached the website that was very intresting and helpful to me: WeightWatchers.com <weightwatchers@info.weightwatchers.com>… I do not like to cook so I purchases the following box meals: Smart Ones, Lean cuisine. Everyones body is different but I was a size 18 and now I'm in a 12 it took me 3 months. I'm trying to get to a size 7/8.



You do a lot of exercise I will just incorporate a lil weight lifting and work to tone your arms and legs. Also weight loss is 90 % what you eat and 10% the workout you do. So try to eat healthy. 5 small meals through out the day and 8 glasses of water. Lots of veggies and some fruits.



Running is brilliant.

Look at your local gym, they usually put on classes which allow you to do different things. Plus you can meet new people.
