Get at least 30 minutes of cardio work out a day. Tread mill, eliptical. which ever youd like. even go for a fast paced walk is good
Totally cut out Or AT LEAST really really limit your soda intake. Soda has tons of sugar and calories. So doesnt juice. stick with water or flavored waters and sparkling waters. Try not to eat any candy as well
Eat foods like chicken (grilled not fried) lean beef, fish, etc.
you can eat cold cuts, just dont have too much of the italian fatty cold cuts. Turkey, Chicken, and ham are all good.
no fried foods!!! if you follow this you should lose weight.
