Question: Foods to make you poop / releave constipation ?
When I need to go to poop, I poop, but I have to push everytime, and not all my poop comes out.

What are some high fiber foods that make you poop easier ?

Answers:

carrots will help you. Also- grapes, bread, flax seed, muesli, raisins, nuts.

People say apples work but I don't believe that. Bananas and papayas are great

Anyway, look for dietary fibre, drink a lot of hot tea. Excercise and water helps a lot



stacy, the best thing for that is a fiber powder i got from walmart called equate, mix it acording to directions and take it every night and you will poop very easy and a lot ok, no pushing either. Try it for a week and you will want using it for a long time. Ive used it many times.
dont go using any other type of laxatives, this is the best i ever used and still use it.

You need to drink more water, drink like 8 glasses of water daily and it'll become easier for you.
