Question: How much weight can I lose in 46 days?
I'm 6' tall, female, and i weigh ~165 lbs. What would be the most efficient workout(s) to do?

The healthiest amount of weight you should lose a week is 1-2 pounds so since that is almost 7 weeks I would guess between 7-14 pounds. With exercising you will be building lean muscle mass which weighs more then fat but takes up less space, so it is important to not fixate so much on the scale but more on measurements or simply the way your clothes fit. An efficient workout would be a 5-10 minute warm up with cardio, followed by a strength training regime that works different muscles each day and the followed up with 30+minutes of cardio. Change your diet to low carb high protein diet. Do exercises that will work your muscles hard, along with cardio. Like using free weights. One way i forced my body to use its reserves when i was i was training was, eat a banana when im hungry just to kill the hunger. Breakfast was the most important meal of the day. And i had my dinner, which was very lean, at least 3 hours before sleep. One thing i sometimes did was run on the treadmill before sleep. Usually in winter, keeps the body warm and a good sleep. Oh, always maintain a decent amount of sleep. At least 7 hours a day. Too much sleep will lead weight gain, not enough will lead to very weak next day.
