Question: Pleeeasies peoples... Diet prob help for lil old me?
I'm supposed to be on a diet but I keep snacking and thinking `oh I'll start my new regime tommorow` every day!!! I'm 14 and want to loose weight, WITHOUT THROWING UP ALL MY FOOD OR NOT EATING AT ALL, and I want to tone up so the hawt dudes come a-running. So how can I loose weight and tone up? How can I stay motivated? And how can I kill my dreadful snacking habit?

drink water, lots and lots of water, whenever u feel hungry just drink a pint of water, most hunger pangs are in fact thirst not hunger, i know it sounds boring but it really does work, good luck m'love x



For a start you shouldn't be on any diet because it doesn't work or work only short term.

Get yourself to face why you keep on snacking and what on. Address your problems if these are the reason you can't stop eating, as the comfort eating is the biggest problem in loosing excess weight.

Sit down, get a piece of paper and draw what you should be eating and hang on the walls around you or cut out from magazines pictures of healthy food.

And finally make decision if you really want to lose weight or is this your ice breaker to have a conversation. Maybe you have nothing else to say or your hobbies dried up? Revive your hidden talents and interests and make conscious decision to stick to healthy eating habits.

Have lots of bottles of water all around you and your house so anywhere you look there is this fantastic pure, life and health supporting water you can have a sip anytime to stop you eating at time you shouldn't.

How people stay motivated? It depends on what they really want from their life but most importantly the picture of them being successful and healthy.



Those hot dudes are self centered. They will hurt you or abuse you. They want the playboy bunny types until they get married to the rich boss's daughter. Besides that, get fit for yourself. Your personality will be attractive to nice men and cute one's as well, regardless of what messages your body is throwing out there. As far as what to do, take out your old health book or recall the type of exercises you have done all your life in PE class. And stop eating extruded, salty and fatty snacks of no value. Aren't you worth good health? Well, at some point you will want to be healthy and not just for your sake. But that will come later after you get married. As far as regurgitating food, that is not optional, but gross. Any guy would run from that, unless he thought, that meant easy pickings. Won't explain that last. So, calm down. Just focus on your personality and good health habits you already learned in school. And don't come on too strong to those body builder types. You might regret it if you catch one. You have to be with people with whom you feel comfortable right now.
