Whats the best way to start working out again?!


Question: Whats the best way to start working out again?
I dont really know where to start. My metabolism has kept me thin in a sense but Im so out of shape its ridiculous. I am exhausted all the time, my stomach is startin to get bigger. So if someone could give me an idea of where i should start on working out and what will help

I would definitely start out by doing simple yoga and Pilates everyday that will help you with flexibity and will help getting you slowly back into shape.( go for 15-30 minutes daily) Go to YouTube and look up yoga moves or Pilates for ABS (or whatever you wanna tone) and it will help. Trust me. I did Pilates and yoga for 3 months and I'm in better shape then alot of my friends who go to the gym daily.



start by just walking for a bit each day try to make it a bit longer and when your feeling better try to run a bit and then next time try to run just a bit longer as your breathing will have to get used to it also and your legs have to build strength to but in time you will be great as runing helps build your lungs and strenghten your whole body .once your capable of runing for a short time then what you want to do is run as fast as you can at the end of your run make a choice how far and just go for it keep this up as it will give you more endurence that you ever had as a matter of fact you will feel very strong and if you need more info ill add you and help you all you want on the runing and other exercise that will benifit you ok
