too much leg muscle, want skinnier legs?!


Question: Too much leg muscle, want skinnier legs?
my legs used to be pretty muscular, now they are gaining weight on top making them look ugly and fat. I want skinny, I mean skinny legs.
Whats a type of exercise or sport that has NO muscle gain on the legs, and loses fat quickly. Because up top im skinny enough to model but if my legs were too id'e actually be able to.

Yoga seems to be quite effective. Or gymnastics.



Maybe try powerwalking, you can learn how to do that on ehow.com or wikihow.com. Just dont do it uphill, just flat ground or downhill.



lay off the heavy squating... and do higher reps...

u will need more cardio exercise... to burn body mass...
and increase your high reps in your workouts...

do alot of eliptical training
and lunges....

avoid squats and leg presses...



You can't do anything really except lose fat. It's your genetics.
