Tips on loosing weight in 3 months?
hi, im 13 years old and its the end of february right now. on march 1st, im going on a diet because i need to loose weight in my stomach in my thighs. i am 125 pounds and am 5 feet and 3 inchs tall. im not that overweight but i dont wanna look fat in the summer. so i wanna loose at least 20 in 3 months (by june). this is my plan:
-i will eat as healthy as possible
-i will drink nothing but water cuz thats all i like anyway
-i will do push-ups and sit-ups 20 minutes a day
-i will try to walk around more often
i have some questions too:
-can i have strawberry, banana smoothies?
-any tips on how to loose weight?
-should i do anything else to loose weight?
-about how much weight do u think i will loose by june?
-anything else?
and plez dont tell me that its just that im a teen and teens think that they r fat, my doctor even talked to me about it.

Answers:

eat nothing every 4 days. Meaning. Day 1: eat. 2;eat. 3:eat. 4: no eat. 5: eat. And so on.

Hello , I'm 13 years old too & I wanna lose anywhere from 10 to 30 pounds ! I'm taller than you - 5'6 , but heavier than you too - 135 lbs.

I have lots of tips to give you.
Jog around ! Jogging is great for losing weight , it works out all parts of your body.
Walking is great too :)

Since we're kids , we can't go to the gym and stuff , right? So do the next best thing! Turn your home into a gym :D !
Do most exercises you'd do in a gym but right in your room !
Running on treadmill ? Jog in place.
Lifting weights ? Do push-ups.
I think you get my point XD Also , do jumping jacks , knee raises & butt kicks. Great cardio exercises !

For toning the legs I'd suggest these folllowing exercises :
- Squats.
- Lunges.
- Squat Thrusts.
- Squat Jumps.
- Walking Lunge.
- Sitting on wall - hold for as long as you can ! No pain ? no gain !
- Bicycle on floor - great for abs too !

For toning your abs :
- Crunches / Sit-ups
- Stretch
- Obliques.
- Bicycle on floor.
- Hip twists.

Remember to eat healthy too ! Don't eat anything you're likely to regret eating. Try to stop before you're full & drink lots of water. Chew slower & relax when you eat.

KEEP IN MIND **** NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER work out on an empty stomach.

Remember weigh yourself once a week.
