How does nutrition affect the ability to exercise?!

Question: How does nutrition affect the ability to exercise?
Answers:

Nutrition affects your body in different ways. When you supply your body with bad nutrition, it can cause a lot of problems over time. But to answer your question, when you supply your body with good nutrition it helps with several areas including the ability to exercise by supplying your body with enough sustainable energy to help you function at your peak performance. Like putting premium gasoline into a sports car helps boost its performance, likewise the proper nutrition while help your body do the same. You need to right kind of energy, so eating healthy foods and snacks help to provide you with the right energy to perform the tasks needed. Example, proteins are broken down fast and supply energy to your body quickly, while carbs are broken down slowly and give your body sustained energy. The best thing you can do is to eat protein for energy in the short run, AND eat cards (cup of rice or a bowl of noodles) before you workout in order to keep your energy levels up to handle to workout. I am sure someone can elaborate on this better but this is how your body handles what you put in it. Also sugar and caffeine provide us with instant energy but then we crash because the energy revs us up so much and then it burns itself out quickly and leaves us with nothing to keep us going so we crash. The right diet will also help with memory and better brain function, help reduce acne (if you have it), etc. Looking up "eating healthy" in Google will also help you find more answers to why eating right helps you function better as a whole.

Nutrition!!!
Nutrition is very important when it comes to daily exercise; if you don’t have a proper nutrition then your body will not be able to perform the exercise to its best ability. For example if you don’t eat enough, the body will lack the energy to do exercises, which will cause your body to restore to stored energy which may make the body extremely tried or even make you a little light headed. Also proper nutrition will help you recover from prolonged exercise which will prevent soreness.

Well, first off, you have to have energy to burn. And if you're not getting enough calories, nutrients, and water you may wind up with some unpleasant side effects, such as dehydration to begin with...
