Answers:

You're very close to perfect weight for your height, you seem healthy to me. If you could gain maybe five or ten pounds you'd be an even better weight. Just try and eat a lot of healthy foods for snacks so you get your nutrients but you wont feel fat. Good luck hun!

As for counting calories, I wouldn't suggest it, once you start it's hard to stop you become obsessed. I have that problem. Just make sure you eat.

Without working out, about 1400 calories, with the exercise, about 2000 calories (this is an average.) Make sure not to focus too much on how many calories (though you of course want to be close to the target), but focus more on getting the right amount of all necessary nutrients.

You should be eating 2000 calories a day, maybe a little more since you are muscular and are still a teen. When you are active, more like 2200 -2600. But don't be counting calories or restricting yourself from eating. Most importantly, when you are hungry, you need to eat!!

Between 1600 for a sedentary teen female your age, to 2200 for an active teen female. So, that's a good place to start. You know where you stand as far as your athletics go, and how many calories you burn. Also, good for you for recovering from the anorexia!! I did, too...I'm proud of you. Keep up the good work! :)

I read somewhere 1600-2000 calories a day
