Question: I need some help losing weight?!? Please help!?
I love to run, but I can't now because its too icy. I have a resistance band and a jump rope and i can kick a soccer ball around in my basement. Every Sunday/Saturday I play intense indoor soccer. Any advice for calorie burn every day of the week? I need to burn about 300-500 calories a day.
Also, I have really bad food cravings and I can't control. I'm only 13, parents don't know, so I can't get rid of any tempting food in the cabinets.
I have about an hour to exercise, and I eat somewhere between 1200-1400 calories a day. I'm 5'2", weight about 115 pounds, and want to lose 15 by the end of June.
Please help!

I know how you feel I gained a few pounds this winter. I started listening to music and jumping around. You should try it, its fun and works.Try dancing instead of jumping
