Question: Is it bad to sleep, and then workout right away?
-just curious- haha

Answers:

I've heard its best if you eat a big breakfast with a lot of protein and stuff.

Like eggs and stuff like that.

Also workout before lunch time, and eat a lot of peanut butter sandwhiches for lunch.

Peanut butter has a **** load of protein and the jelly (sugar) helps also.

*********You don't gain muscle if your working out on a empty stomach ***********



If you're awake enough not to drop a weight on your foot, and you've stretched well enough that you don't pull any muscles the wrong way, I don't think it really matters. If you work out before you eat breakfast, you're more likely to burn fat than you will if you work out after you eat breakfast, since blood sugar levels tend to drop overnight. Though you might work out less, since you have less energy...



Working out in the morning is a good way to raise your metabolism through out the day, but do not exercise on an empty stomach. Start your day with simple carbs.



just keep in mind you burn 90 calories every hr of sleeping so hell why not lmaooooooooooo im a guy.......**** that dude just wake up eat a hamburger then go out work out
