Question: Can I lose 15 pounds by 2 months? 117 to 102? (March 1st to May 27th)?
I'm gonna be on exactly a 'diet' just gonna choose to eat much more healthier like Veggies and fruits most of the time, then fish, eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, etc.
I'll be working out a lot of cardio everyday to by the way, I'm gonna begin everything starting tomorrow since its March 1st tomororw I figured that would be a great start, and hopefully losing all this 15 pounds by May or the end of it.
I'm 15, 5"2, 117 pounds. Thanks!

well,first of all,117 pounds for 5'2 is good.But getting excersice in the morning and eating healthy is ver good too.Jut make sure that you don't overwork yourself and when your tired:don't push yourself too hard.And EAT PROPERLY!.don't feel like for dinner you can only eat an apple...NO NO NO! :) HOPE THIS HELPED
You need to keep your words and not get tempted if you are really serious about it. Also A little walk in the morning or some laps will help as well!
