toned body for spring break or april?!


Question: Toned body for spring break or april?
So im trying to get skinnier by spring break or april, below my "fat" i can feel my abs, so i guess i just need to loose weight. Also, how do i get a tanner body? i've already tried going under the sun for 30 minutes with tanning oil and i'm still white....

I dont wan't to get CRAZY ripped like those body builders, i just want to get skinny and my abs to show. Heres a picture of my body, what do you guys think i need to lower? Ugly isn't it?

Answers:

Do lots of cardio like running, swimming, interval running and consume protein to build muscle. I would suggest that you do cardio 3-4 times a week for about 40-50 minutes each time. Also if you don’t have a gym membership do push ups and curls and of course some abs workouts.
