Question: Will weight lifting prevent injuries?
I've torn my meniscus a few times, and i was wondering if strengthening my leg muscles will help prevent future injuries.

Torn your meniscus a few times? That's awful! strength training will help strengthen the leg muscles, but like everything else, does not always prevent injuries. Finding the right exercise routine to strengthen your legs, will help to develop a program where you reduce the incidence of injury. However, with that being said, there is not way anyone can say that lifting weights will be able to prevent future injuries.
